Hi, my name is Malkie.  I’m a father of 3 and grandfather; needless to say life can get hectic!  

Thankfully, several years ago, I discovered the benefits, both physically and mentally, of regular exercise. It’s because of this my vision for tune up fitness is to combine my passion for wellbeing with my 2nd love of music. My goal is to cater for all levels of fitness and to achieve personal goals in a fun way that works for you personally long term rather than just as a fad.  If i can help others to discover the passion for physical fitness and it’s benefits, my job is done.

Whether you’re looking to beat your marathon PB, run your first 5km or drop a dress size or two! I’ll work with you to provide practical, dedicated 121 support and advice. I don’t teach anything I can’t do myself nor endorse anything that’s not realistic to your goals!

Cost

FREE initial 1-2-1 meeting to establish goals, compatibility and general introduction.

Thereafter, any session £30. Block booking available @ 4 sessions for £100.
